1.Independence - economic, social etc
2.It gives an opportunity to bring out their real capabilities fulfilling their ego expectations
3.It makes sense and gives them a purpose
4.It provides them freedom to think, to act and to live
5.Often family life becomes a failure due to the immaturity of the
a) partner
b) partner's relatives
c) partner's friends
etc
6.Opportunity to learn, to meet new and different people and to find new and true friends
7.But in many cases the women are ending with dual responsibilities both at the family and the career level
This exerts extra pressure on their wellbeing in all spheres physical, mental and emotional etc
Some of the working women shouldering both the household and the job end with health breakdown and frustration
But always almost 50 % of the workforce whether they are men or women dodge work and do not do justice to their jobs
The output of this people is always lesser than expected
And most of them can be found in public sector undertakings and in both State and Central Government offices and establishments in India
A growing trend is to be single and if permitted many women prefer not to get married
The only thing is that they should be in a safe comfortable job and well settled in life with friends and understanding relatives
When abused the children get confused
ReplyDeleteAt times if the culprit is a loving relative and handles the child softly then the child enjoys the abuse
When the abuse comes from an unknown person and when it is rough and brutal unmindful of the child's physical mental conditions then the abuse leaves permanent scars in the minds of the children
They become resentful, lonely, agitated, and tend to become unruly unfriendly
When they see other children happy and being grown under a protected environment it creates jealousy and they become cruel bullying those normal children whenever they get a chance
