a) Persons who mix easily with others - say even strangers
b) Persons who do not mix easily with any other person - mostly fit to work with machines in isolation
c) Persons who are in between these two categories in various degrees
d) Persons are by nature very different from each other possessing
1) Politeness in various degrees
2) Power of Expression in various degrees
3) Participation in discussion in various degrees
Thus depending on the slot where they fit one has to choose and separate the persons into groups so that a specific program can be designed for that particular group to have the best results in a very short duration

Village Vs City - India

Cities Vs Villages - The Migration - Is it for the Good ?

In India the village youngsters are lured towards the riches and enjoyments of the cities
Except the villages positioned near cities all distant villages are slowly becoming vacant and deserted
A Village
Normally a village is a safe place with every new trespasser or visitor identified and questioned
But one has no privacy in a village
A City
Once people migrate to a city from a village the hospitality, compassion etc ., which they had earlier have to be forgotten due to situations prevailing in the cities where nobody can be identified or judged as to their intentions except in closely knit planned societies
The soul is lost in a city due to various compulsions

Apppraisal is one of the tools employed to evaluate employees
After the appraisal reports are obtained a standing committee comprising of experienced executives and experts in different fields related to the organizational activity should study, analyse and suggest various methods like mentoring, coaching, counseling, training, shifting from one department to another, in extreme cases removal from service etc.. to keep the organization going and growing
Every individual is different and mostly all are amenable to reasonable help if provided in suitable doses to correct themselves to be successful employees
Handling them properly will help retain the available workforce in good shape
As after all committed employees are one of the valuable and rare assets an organization can procure to survive and surpass its competitors

A masterplan to execute the above with periodical review will help keep up the morale in the organization
Well understood employees contribute more to the growth of the organization than a Chief who lacks vision, wisdom, and sincerity in providing true and effective Leadership to his/her subordinates
