Evaluation

Evaluation of employees is done periodically to take corrective measures to ensure smooth functioning of any organization and accelerate growth with increased productivity and decreased expenses by streamlining processes and introduce innovations in production, operation, functioning etc..
Apppraisal is one of the tools employed to evaluate employees
After the appraisal reports are obtained a standing committee comprising of experienced executives and experts in different fields related to the organizational activity should study, analyse and suggest various methods like mentoring, coaching, counseling, training, shifting from one department to another, in extreme cases removal from service etc.. to keep the organization going and growing
Every individual is different and mostly all are amenable to reasonable help if provided in suitable doses to correct themselves to be successful employees
Handling them properly will help retain the available workforce in good shape
As after all committed employees are one of the valuable and rare assets an organization can procure to survive and surpass its competitors
