Both people and revenue are important for the organisation
Without people there will be no revenue
And mere revenue without committed men may not last for long
HR Person's role is to keep up the morale of the workforce and planning for the revenue is the Top Boss' job
Basically HR is truly people driven
ReplyDeleteAs I told you earlier revenue aspect is to be taken care of by others and HR person will keep up his side - the workforce fine tuned to earn revenue
HR and Revenue are two distinct functions
In planning HR initiatives the HR team will be guided by the position of the resources & the revenues of the organisation
