    Organisation culture is responsible for the smooth running of the organisation working towards the growth and prosperity of the organisation
    If you find a change in the environment in the yielding of results because of your present culture in the organisation then do some home work
    Find suitable culture for your organisation conduct meetings have posters banners and train your staff to know the new culture need for it and the benefits that accrue because of this change
    Provide them time and necessary emotional and other supports so that they will see the realities and realise the need for change and in due course change themselves into the new culture of the organisation willingly

  2. Have a suggestion scheme Make it easy to access and friendly
    Recognise and reward all suggestions depending on the value of the suggestions - But a minimum level of appreciation and reward should go with every suggestion whether it is used or not immediately to encourage participation
    Have department wise organisation wise inhouse magazines
    One magazine for sharing official information
    Second magazine for sharing personal family joys so that a fraternal feeling is developed among all employees
    To convey important messages have posters conduct meetings
    Conduct periodical once a year or two gettogethers for all the employees of the organisation with fun and merry making with competitions etc to relax them and to allow them to see all leisurely
    If the organisation is too big make it departmental wise
    Send birthday greetings hold functions to appreciate good work
    Select once a year and award best suggestions received over that period and announce it in those get togethers
    Imagination can find many innovative creative ideas as how to reach the workforce without affecting the work and the output
    The time spent on such gettogethers and welfare measures will amply reward you with better work culture
    Get feedback from customers about your products and services and appreciate those who are responsible for the same satisfaction
