Changing Organizational Culture Organisation culture is responsible for the smooth running of the organisation working towards the growth and prosperity of the organisation If you find a change in the environment in the yielding of results because of your present culture in the organisation then do some home work Find suitable culture for your organisation conduct meetings have posters banners and train your staff to know the new culture need for it and the benefits that accrue because of this change Provide them time and necessary emotional and other supports so that they will see the realities and realise the need for change and in due course change themselves into the new culture of the organisation willingly
