Individuals differ as jobs differ
Some persons are suitable to do certain jobs and not all are suitable for all jobs
It is a question of what a person likes to do as a job
The job content, nature of job, the hierarcy, infrastructure, environment and the mental frame of the individual all matters in making a person happy in his job
I find that many could not find the right job that is suitable for them but land in any job that they get
They have no time, energy or expertise and find ways to look for such jobs or change jobs
Few change jobs and it all depends on in what industry organisation you are in and what are your qualifications
When a person is not in the right job of his choice suitable for him then his/her out put is affected and he is unable to contribute fully
In bigger organisations the HR person can do some homework and assess the employees availalble and match them with the jobs available and do some shuffling which will result in higher productivity, growth and prosperity to the organisation
