Food suitable for me may not be suitable for YOU
Good Food is that which makes YOU Happy when YOU eat it and it should not make YOU unhappy after YOU eat it with side effects etc
YOU should feel energetic and healthy after eating it and continue to feel so for a longer period
Then that Food is Good Food for YOU
Find by experience which Food suits YOU most and continue to eat it
